Shipping
Delivery to the club
- In case of delivery at the club, you will receive an email with the confirmation of your order. You should know that you must have purchased your ticket to access the club and collect your order. You must present the confirmation email, together with your ID card to collect your order.
Home delivery
- In all our deliveries you must take into account that orders placed after 14:00h will start to be prepared the next day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be prepared and shipped the following day.
- Orders with home delivery will receive an email with the tracking number so that you know, at all times, the status of the shipment.
- When your order is in delivery you will receive an email from the transport company informing you of the delivery time. To avoid problems if you are not at home at the time of delivery, we would be grateful if you could provide us with a contact telephone number where you can be reached.
- It is very important that you check that the delivery and personal details are correct.
- Shipping costs vary depending on the place of delivery.
- The shipping time will vary between 24 and 48 for peninsular shipments. SHIPPING WILL TAKE PLACE MONDAY TO FRIDAY WORKING DAYS.
- The shipments we make are only in the peninsula, we do not ship to the CANARY ISLANDS.
- Delivery times to Europe vary according to the conditions of the shipping company, you will receive this information by email. We do not ship to England, CYPRUS and MALTA.

- If we do not have the size you requested, we will send you a message, as it may be affected in specific periods of high demand.
Returns and exchanges
Once you have received your order, you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive it to return it. For the return to be accepted it is necessary that the items reach us in the same condition in which they were sent, this means: unused, unwashed, with the label and bag, if it was sent with the same.
Return for shipment
- Put the item/items you wish to return in a well-sealed package with a piece of paper indicating: RETURN, the reason for the return and your personal details (order number, full name…).
- You have to go to any courier company (the costs are your responsibility) and send the package to the address: Carrera Del Riu, 399, Poblados Del Sur, 46012, Valencia (Spook Club).
- Once we have received the package and have checked that everything is in perfect condition, within a maximum of 10 calendar days, we will refund the amount corresponding to the returned garment. The garments must be in perfect condition, with the label and the corresponding proof of purchase. Otherwise, Spook reserves the right to refuse the return. In this case, you will have to pay the shipping cost again so that we can proceed to send you your order.
