Our Privacy Notice has been designed with you in mind. How the notice will apply to you will depend on how you interact with us. For example, if you:
- When you purchase a ticket from us, we will use the information you provide to fulfil both our obligations and those of Event Partners to you in providing that service, and, where permitted, to keep you informed of other events that may be of interest to you; and
- When you browse our sites we will use cookies to personalise your experience and to hopefully provide you with a seamless experience.

We collect and store different types of information about you when you create an account, purchase tickets, contact us, and use our websites, app and social media.

We collect and use your information for many reasons, such as to help you access shows you like, share news, for marketing purposes and as legally required.
WHO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH AND WHY
We may share your information with the Event Partner(s) – such as the artist, promoter, record label, team or venue – as well as other third parties associated with the service provided.
YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
Among other rights, you will have the choice to receive marketing communications from us. You also have the right to access information we hold about you.

WHAT INFORMATION WE HOLD AND WHERE WE COLLECT IT
- When you create an account, purchase a ticket or have a ticket passed on to you by a friend, we will collect information from you which, depending on the service we are providing, may include your contact and billing information.
- When you use our websites or apps, we will collect information such as the browser and device you are using, your IP address, your location, the site from which you have accessed, what you have and have not used our site/app for, or the site you access after visiting our site/app. For further information on how we collect this information, please see our Cookie Policy.
- When you use a social media feature within our website or app and make a social media post, the social media site will provide us with some information about you.
- If you have any accessibility requirements, we want to make sure you have the best experience when you attend events. To do this, we will need to collect details of your requirements (which may involve you providing us with information about your mental or physical health).
- On the rare occasions when we collect personal information from children, we always seek parental consent and, in any event, we will collect such information only for the purposes specified at the time of collection.
- We use vendors that collect geo-demographic data to help us more effectively tailor our services to you. If you prefer that we do not do this, please see the ‘Your Rights and Choices’ section below.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION AND WHY
- To fulfil our contract with you
We use your information when you enter into a contract with us (for example, when you purchase goods or a ticket) so that we can:

- Providing you with customer service.
- For our legitimate business interests
- To conduct market research and analysis to help us improve and personalise our products and services.
- For our marketing purposes, unless such marketing requires your consent (see section 3 below).
- To send you customer service emails, including booking confirmations and event reminders.
- To prevent or detect unlawful behaviour, to protect or enforce our legitimate rights or as otherwise permitted by law. For example, to ensure that tickets are received by genuine fans. Therefore, we may use your information to prevent ticket resale, misuse of our intellectual property (e.g., our or our Event Partners’ trademarks), fraud, or other crimes.
- To ensure the security of our operations and the operations of our Event Partners.
- To create a profile about you to help us personalise our services to you. For example, if you purchase tickets to pop events and you have consented to our marketing communications, we will inform you about other pop events that we think may be of interest to you.
- Where you have given us your consent
- To contact you with information or offers about our upcoming events, products or services – these communications may be made via email, push and web notifications, SMS, or social media.
WHO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH AND WHY
- We may share your information with our Event Partners so that they can organise the event and for other reasons described in their privacy policies. We will always quote Event Partners when you purchase a ticket and you will be given the option to opt-in to receive marketing communications from them.
- If you buy or sell tickets through our resale platform, we may disclose your information to the buyer or seller (as applicable) for order fulfilment purposes – that is, for you to obtain the ticket you have purchased or to collect payment for the ticket you have sold.
- With third parties who provide the products and services purchased by you (e.g., ticket insurance or merchandise) so that they can process and fulfil your orders.
- With government agencies or other authorised bodies, where legally permitted or required.
- With any successor to all or part of our business.
YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
YOUR CHOICES
Once you have given us your consent you may withdraw your consent as follows.
- To opt out of receiving marketing communications from us you can change your preferences in your account, follow the unsubscribe instructions in any of the emails we send you, or contact us and we will do it for you.
- To opt out of the use of cookies and tracking tools, please see our Cookie Policy.
- To opt out of location tracking and push notifications, you can change the settings on your device or keep your location turned off. To stop receiving network push notifications you will need to use your browser settings
- To opt out of personalisation, you can change your preferences in your account. If this option is not available, you can contact us and we will do it for you.
YOUR RIGHTS
You also have rights about how your personal information is used, including the following:
- The right to object to our processing of your information.
- The right to request that your information be deleted or its future use restricted.
- The right to request a copy of the information we hold about you.
- The right to correct, amend or update information you have provided to us (where you have an account with us you will also be able to do this by logging into your account and updating your information).
- The right to challenge any automatic decision we make about you. An automatic decision is a decision made without any human intervention that has legal consequences (e.g. credit check). We do not normally make automatic decisions, but when we do we will make it clear that such a decision is being made.
